July 11 - 14  Nike Volleyball Camp
University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Princess Anne.  The Nike Volleyball Camp is the perfect opportunity for volleyball players in the state and throughout the region to enhance their skills. Attendees will enjoy top quality instruction, gain valuable game experience, and have serious fun! Activities of the camp include individual instruction, position specific training and full scrimmages.  Ages 10-18. The cost is just $595 for overnight campers and $495 for extended day campers who attend from 9 am -9 pm. Check in is 11 am on July 11 while check out for all campers is 1 pm on July 14. 4 – 7 pm.  City Dock, 1300 West Main Street, Crisfield.  From above, Earth appears as a water planet with more than 71 percent of its surface covered with this vital resource for life. Water impacts climate, agriculture, transportation, industry and more. It inspires art and music. The newest traveling exhibition from the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street (MoMS) program, “Water/Ways,” examines water as an environmental necessity and an important cultural element. September 23  Chesapeake Bay Lighthouse Cruise
Departing Fishing Creek, MD in Dorchester County aboard Sawyer Fishing Charters, the tour will visit six lighthouses on the Chesapeake Bay aboard Sawyer Fishing Charters.
